It has to be said that :

1) 'Mississippi - 1870' looks more like a location for Three Men in A Boat, and
2) Lyrics such as 'You're my lover, not my rival' don't much fit the, er, story of the kleptomaniac in the video ?
For one, most shots look more like London's Lincoln's Inn, but :

1) Some could be from Wien itself - it still ain't no The Third Man (1949),
2) The 'story' shown in the video could be a re-telling of Pinter's The Birthday Party (?), and
3) The one with the tarantula's best.
