* Whether this - despite that convenient flood of light to try to expunge the background - is an outdoor gig

#UCFF re-processed the image in Windows Live Photo Gallery, just by dropping all four bars to adjust the exposure to zero (except for brightness, which is not full reduced) ! :

But, just forgetting the urgency of the hands that emerge from the screen, why would anyone's laptop space look *like that* ?

With that murky liquid, behind the sun-glasses, and contained in a strange vessel... ?

So it's called 'Zero Liability'* in (1), but (2) then shouldn't be needed, because the Liability is stated to be Zero, and then terms and conditions can only resile from that ! ;)
